At HydraPaw, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

No Returns Due to the nature of our products and our fulfillment process, we are unable to accept returns. All sales are final.

When You Are Eligible for a Full Refund You are entitled to a full refund in the following situations:

  • Your order arrives visibly damaged
  • Your order does not arrive within 60 days of your purchase date

How to Request a Refund Contact us at hydrapaw.shop@gmail.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A brief description of the issue
  3. A photo of the product (required for damage claims only)

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and returned to your original payment method.

Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately and we will send the correct product or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
